When will my pre-order ship?
We’re taking pre-orders right now! Our first batch of PurelyCrave cookies is expected to ship out by the end of November. Once our cookies are in stock, all orders ship within 2 business days from our facility. You’ll get a tracking number the moment your order is dispatched.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped. Didn’t get it or need help? Reach out to us anytime at support@purelycrave.com and we’ll make sure you’re updated every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we only ship inside the US at the moment.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled if they haven’t shipped yet. Once your PurelyCrave are in transit, we can’t make changes but email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I return my order?
YumCrums are perishable food items which is why we can’t accept returns. However, if something isn’t right with your order, please contact us at support@purelycrave.com we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.
What if my cookies arrive damaged or broken?
If your cookies arrive in less-than-perfect condition, don’t worry, we’ve got you. Just send us a quick email with your order details and a photo, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
